We provide short and long-term contract options, as well as, time and materials consulting services to our clients. By taking advantage of our Contract Resources, companies are able to complete projects or add to their department during times of need, for significantly lower costs than hiring a new employee. All of our consultants are offered a comprehensive benefit package and are paid competitive rates. We treat all of our employees fairly and keep in close contact with them to ensure you have happy and productive workers on your assignments.
JDR Interim Consultants
In your business, there might be times that you need an extra person for a specific project. It might not be feasible to hire a new employee. JDR has expert individuals that will work on your projects on a contract basis and for an hourly rate “as needed.” Known as Interim Resources, these temporary workers are on our payroll, not yours. We provide each of our full-time consultants with extensive benefits and top pay to ensure that their employment needs are met. All you have to do is put them to work on your projects! Our Interim Consultants will work on site at your location or offsite, if preferred. The hourly rates are agreed upon before they begin your assignment and, if a project takes longer than originally anticipated, our interim contracts can easily be extended or a consultant can be brought back at a later time. Using our Interim Resources, you can create an extension of your department which can be at your disposal anytime.
